Settlement Documentaries
Settlement Documentaries are our core service offering. These carefully crafted films rely on interviews with Plaintiffs and loved ones, cinematic b-roll, music and much more to reveal the heart of the Plaintiff’s story.

Day-In-The-Life Videos
Day In The Life Videos offer objective documentation of daily limitations—captured with evidentiary standards in mind (no dramatization, no editorializing).

Supporting Video Edits
There are a variety of useful videos we can edit. These include: Case-Summary Videos, Victim Profile Videos, Technical Explainer Videos, and Deposition Videos.

Frequently Asked Questions
Making impactful legal videos depends in large part on how comfortable the Plaintiff is with the videographer. We put an extra emphasis on gaining their trust in a variety of ways. We meet them in person days before filming to prepare them on what to expect, make them feel like their stories are heard during the filming process, and respond compassionately to any personal reservations they may have about documenting their life on-camera. This deeply interpersonal process is one that we excel at.
From scheduling with the Plaintiff's family, travel, filming, and editing, Settlement Documentaries typically take about 45-60 days to produce. This time could be brought down to as low as 30 days with a rush fee.
Day-In-The-Life Videos are not as logistically complicated as Settlement Documentaries. Permitted that the Plaintiff has scheduled time for therapies, caretakers, or other relevant events, we can typically film and edit a Day-In-The-Life Video in 14 - 20 days.
When producing a video for trial, we rely on our high-quality microphones, cameras, and video editing techniques to objectively show the Plaintiff's lived experience. Additionally, when we produce Settlement Documentaries for mediation or arbitration, we record ample media in the event that we need to edit an admissible version of the video for trial.
Yes. If you have footage that you need edited into a video, we can work with you. This can take the form of Edited Video Depositions, Case-Summary Videos, Victim Profile Videos, or Explainer Videos. If you have a specific vision in mind for assembling the Plaintiff's personal photos or home videos, please feel free to reach out. Our editing rate is $150/hour.
Most of our videos are for Personal Injury cases where the Plaintiff has suffered a severely life-altering or catastrophic injury. Our production process is perfectly suited for this type of work. We often spend days with Plaintiffs, discussing the intricate details of the damages they have suffered and how it has affected the lives of them and their loved ones.
Yes. Rush jobs are accepted with an additional fee of 15-30% depending on the scope of work and time-frame required.
